Until June 2009, both of our wagons were standing on the grounds of Ferropolis next to Gräfenhainichen where we discovered them. In the course of this the idea of a sleeper hotel came up, which we than developed and put into reality. After intensive preparatory operations the wagons finally came to us in a complex transportation via streets and rails.

A specialty of our wagons is the fact that they have never been used. Therefore, especially the sleeper is in a nearly flawless new condition. Despite of the very good condition it was an extremely high challenge to reconstruct the wagons in a way that they perfectly fit our ideas and the standards which we want to offer our guests.

The wagons build in former VEB Waggonbau Ammendorf for the former Soviet Union should be the last in Germany of this typ. Due to this fact the wagons represent an highly historical value.
